CIP system equipment

The CIP system stands for Clean In Place—on-site cleaning (also known as online cleaning or in-situ cleaning). Under closed conditions, this system cleans and disinfects production equipment and pipelines to meet the requirements for a safe and hygienic production environment. Baisheng’s CIP station consists of a hot-water tank, multiple chemical solution storage tanks and a reclaimed water tank, a temperature-control system, automatic acid-alkali dosing pumps, and filters, among other components.

The CIP system itself meets hygiene requirements and features self-circulation. The flow rate, temperature, and characteristic water quality of the sterilized circulating liquid can all be monitored online. The CIP station of the system allows for separate or simultaneous CIP cleaning of individual water-producing units and various pipeline sections. The CIP system operates independently, with a dedicated membrane cleaning and recovery CIP system. Each CIP system is equipped with independent circulation switching zones and control mechanisms for each line.
