Based on local water sources, we design and plan the process water used in brewing beer (and baijiu), including brewing water, deoxygenated water, bottle-rinsing water for packaging, CIP cleaning water, and water for sterilization machines. The water system strictly adheres to hygienic-grade and GMP standards throughout the entire process—from design and selection to manufacturing. All equipment and process pipelines are designed to the greatest extent possible to meet the requirements of preventing water accumulation, eliminating dead corners, and minimizing blind pipes.

The water system equipment features a modular design, which saves installation space and reduces commissioning time.

 

Fully automated control
The water system employs a human-machine interface for dynamic simulation of the process flow, enabling fully automatic operation and reducing labor intensity as well as the risk of operational errors.

 

Complete restoration of microbial contamination
The water line is equipped with a powerful online sterilization CIP system that uses steam and other online disinfection methods to reach every corner of all water-related systems and equipment, thoroughly eliminating contamination caused by microbial growth in the water system.

 

Quality and Safety
The water line is completely sealed, and all system connections are equipped with bacteriostatic and filtration devices. A patented technology is employed to prevent residual processing fluids and recontamination of the product.
