Based on local water sources, we design and plan the process water used in brewing beer (and baijiu), including brewing water, deoxygenated water, bottle-rinsing water for packaging, CIP cleaning water, and water for sterilization machines. We provide customers with safe, efficient, healthy, and environmentally friendly water treatment system solutions, helping wineries reduce their water consumption and energy usage.
In the production of food, beverages, juices, and other products, great emphasis is placed on food safety and personalized functional consumer experiences. The CIP system stands for Clean In Place—on-site cleaning (also known as online cleaning or in-situ cleaning). Under closed conditions, this system cleans and disinfects production equipment and pipelines to meet the requirements for a safe and hygienic production environment. Baisheng’s CIP station consists of a hot-water tank, multiple chemical solution storage tanks and a reclaimed water tank, a temperature-control system, automatic acid and alkali dosing pumps, and filters, among other components.
Condensate recovery is an effective way to save energy and reduce maintenance costs. Condensate has two key characteristics: first, it has already undergone water treatment; second, it contains a significant amount of thermal energy.
