2024 Ziyang Ultra-High-End Expansion Project – Refrigeration Expansion Project

● The Ziyang Refrigeration Expansion Project is an EPC turnkey project.

● This project includes 6 refrigerant water pumps, a refrigerant water storage tank with a capacity of 150 m³, a modular refrigerant water plate heat exchanger unit with a cooling capacity of 2,200 kW, and a refrigerant ultrafiltration system along with associated pipelines and valves.

● All carbon steel pipelines in the project are treated with pickling and passivation for corrosion protection. The project involves inspection and testing of pressure vessels and pressure pipelines, as well as non-destructive testing of pressure pipelines.

● The project involves work such as shutdown and connection, system pressure testing, purging, vacuuming, and leak-testing and commissioning;

● After the project was completed and put into operation, the cooling capacity was increased, meeting the production requirements of the entire expansion project.
