● The second-phase refrigeration project in Putian is an EPC turnkey project.
● This project includes 8 chiller units, 8 evaporative coolers, 6 refrigerant circulation pumps, 2 modular plate heat exchangers for refrigerants, and associated piping.
● Add an automatic oil-drainage system for the ammonia plate heat exchanger to enhance automated operation and save energy consumption.
● All carbon steel pipelines in the project have undergone pickling and passivation for corrosion protection.
● The project involves inspection and reporting for pressure vessels and pressure pipelines, as well as pipeline non-destructive testing.
● The project involves work such as shutdown and connection, system pressure testing, purging, vacuuming, and leak-testing and commissioning.
● After the project was completed, the cooling capacity was increased, meeting production requirements.
