2019 Zhangzhou Refrigeration Project

● The Phase III expansion project of Zhangzhou Refrigeration is an EPC turnkey project.

● This project includes 6 refrigerant water pumps and 1 refrigerant water storage tank with a capacity of 150 m³.

● 2 sets of modular chilled-water plate heat exchangers, 3 screw-type refrigeration compressor units; 2 evaporative condensers, 1 automatic air separation unit, and associated pipelines and valves;

● All carbon steel pipelines in the project are treated with pickling and passivation for corrosion protection. The project involves inspection and testing of pressure vessels and pressure pipelines, as well as non-destructive testing of pressure pipelines.

● The project involves work such as shutdown and connection, system pressure testing, purging, vacuuming, and leak-testing and commissioning;

● After the project was completed and put into operation, the cooling capacity was increased, meeting the production requirements of the entire Phase III expansion project.
