Jinlongquan Craft Beer
● The craft beer plant is designed with a capacity of 5,000 tons per year. The project includes a turnkey solution encompassing raw materials and auxiliary equipment, a five-vessel mashing system, 12 fermentation tanks, a wort oxygenation system, a yeast propagation and storage system, a CIP cleaning system, an adjunct addition system, and a gas treatment system, among other components.
● The on-site installation period for this project is one and a half months.
● Modular prefabrication was adopted for the warehouse modules, reserving construction space on-site for other works (civil engineering, steel structures, etc.);
● Reduced safety cross-over risks in multi-project construction.
