● A thermal energy center will be established in the mashing workshop to maximize the utilization of the heat generated during mashing. Steam heating will be used exclusively in the mashing workshop (for compensation or to provide hot water required for starting up the packaging workshop). The heated water will be supplied to equipment previously reliant on steam heating, including the packaging workshop, the wort preheating unit in the mashing process, the bottle-washing and sterilization machines in the packaging area, the CIP station, and the cafeteria.

● Replace and add thermal water tanks, and configure and install low-temperature thermal water pump units, high-temperature thermal water pump units, an online steam heating plate heat exchanger, and a brewing water heating plate heat exchanger.

● Configure and install shell-and-tube heat exchangers, thermal water heating plate heat exchangers, as well as corresponding alkali solution pumps, sterilizing water circulation tanks, and water pumps along each packaging line.

● Establish a control and operation center in the three-room area to monitor in real time the operating conditions of all heat collection and heat utilization equipment.
