● In this project, the filter cartridge and the cartridge body are sealed by a snap-fit mechanism with a gap of less than 0.5 mm.

● Each dual-filter cartridge pipeline is equipped with multiple pneumatically controlled valves, which are switched using signals from solenoid valves. The system is set to perform cleaning every four hours. When the inlet valve of one filter cartridge is closed, the pneumatically controlled valve on the spray pipe at the outlet of the other filter cartridge—whose inlet valve is already closed—activates to reverse-flush the closed cartridge for two minutes. The backwash water then flows through a bypass pipe into the alkali tank, where it passes through a mesh screen for removal of impurities. Once this process is complete, the system is ready for the next cleaning cycle. Conversely, the other filter cartridge is cleaned using the same procedure.

● Program control is performed via automatic control on the bottle washer’s control panel.
